Microsoft Virtual Academy

Microsoft has recently started a new training avenue called Microsoft Virtual Academy (MVA), which is basically zero cost training for IT professionals who want to get ahead in cloud computing. Developed by leading experts in this field, these modules ensure that you acquire essential skills and gain valuable recognition as the cloud computing specialist in the organization. Some of FAQ’s I gathered from the MVA site:

It also has several membership levels that you attain as you take the trainings and pass the assessments. Membership levels at MVA are classified as follows: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum.

The number of points required for each of the membership levels is the following:

Bronze: 0 to 370 points.

Silver: 371 to 699 points.

Gold: 700 to 999 points.

Platinum: 1000 points or more.

This would be a great opportunity for all of us to get trained in the area of Microsoft Cloud Computing as experts say that cloud computing is the future.
